Best by a long chalk was relegatee from the Prem, panglima. He's looking to get back there as soon as possible if today's 12/1 winner is anything to go by. Different class panglima.
Basil_the_don, who was very unlucky yesterday with a big priced second, scored today with a 9/2 chance.
san pedro also had that 9/2 chance, making a good start to the month.
travelling man, also down from the Prem, showed us how it is done with a 3/1 shot.
And Henderson was back in form today (Champ and Buveur D'Air) - both shearer2therestcue and warrick hunt opted for the Fighting Fifth winner at 11/8.
