bluenose7 was today's star turn and leapt 17 places on to the podium with a tricky 7/1 winning nap

,

NB was unluckyStu who jumped 8 places into 12th spot with a 3/1 success,

closely followed by SontaranStratagem who moved up 5 places to be 9th with a 5/2 winner.

Nobody else troubled the Judge so well done the winners and Better Luck to all who have a go tomorrow

I am planning on a short walk today
Round to the footy pitches , to watch a game..
My first walk since my heart attack 2 weeks ago .
Although its only a couple of hundred yards
my family have a sweep going on how long
it will take me to get there !!
Ranging from an hour to 2 days
