 Also well done to Lampus who was today's top scorer landing an indigenous 8/1 winning nap but just not quite making the promo spots.NB was DFCIRONMAN who ensured a mid-division position with a 10/1 success while, dukeofpuke made sure he avoided the drop and Poppydog maintained his promotion spot with odds-on shots. look - it's snowing, jb54, sixtwosix and several others made valiant attempts but just missed out. High strike rates has paid dividends this month to all those promoted BEHIND UTB who had the lowest strike-rate but Champion for Month........WD ....no matter how promoted, as good standard for the month. Tough luck Baz on just getting pipped on last 2 days.

it seems my tactical rest day paid off dec, i don't know why you don't seem to like me, but i don't really care, i concur, unlucky baz, to miss out by 13p must be difficult to take, but i would just like to point out to dec that the rest day wasn't the only reason i got promoted, having the highest strike rate in the division helped, all the best for the new month

Your tactic worked by taking that rest day....wd....quite a legitimate tactic.......No personal "attack" on yersel meant. I admit I don't think "strike-rate" is all that important, as generally it is likely that Baz , with his/her lower "strike-rate" in MAY would have achieved a far greater points total for the month , as the ODDS of his/her winners would probably backed at far higher odds that SP prior to off by Baz. However, the comp is based on SP odds achieved, and allowing roughly 9 days with SUNDAY and "rest" days each month..............and it is good to see you ONLY took 1 "rest" day in MAY......so well done on gaining promotion. GL in DIV 1 in JUNE. |
