Dolphin Vista was declared a non runner at 8.36 am - 5 hours before you selected it. I'm treating it as a non-selection unless you replace it.

Imlac - just for the record I was not aware that Dolphin Vista was a n/r when I posted it and I fail to see how any wrong doing can have been seen to have taken place here as
A) I have enough non selection days to see me through to the end of the month if I wished to have a day off so picking a blatant non runner if that's what you think serves me no purpose whatsoever
B) I almost always without exception come back with a new selection whenever I put up a n/r - unlike many others as you will no doubt find out over the coming months

I'm sure you didn't do it on purpose and you're right it doesn't really make a difference this time because you have enough non selection days left. You would just have lost one of those. The point is that I don't think we want to allow non-runners to be picked after the declaration because then everybody will be doing it! Especially towards the end of the month. I always check the time a horse is pulled to make sure nobody's trying it on.
Anyway good luck with your selection!
