hi KC I know it has been a hectic day and you can't be blamed for missing it but pretend friend has been around my house to inform me that Sutton place was a non runner 
you may have missed it because it was withdrawn but it definitely didn't run, I know because I watched the race

do you live in Sweden Andrew? I went there many years ago to meet a girl I hooked up with in lanzarote, the main thing I remember was that Stockholm was very cold and very expensive, especially the booze, the relationship didn't last long after that holiday
Yes I do, in the south, more or less between Stockholm and Göteborg. it's actually my 3rd stint here, this time since 2007. It can get cold in winter, i've experienced -27c in the daytime, but that's certainly not normal, in fact this year, I don't think it dropped below -16c. Cold is not really an issue, as Swedes say, there is no such thing as bad winter, just bad clothing. The price of eating out in a half decent restaurant and alcohol is an issue, as you found out. Mind you, the girls make up for it
