Mini me -- in choosing a different selection for each of your sub duties people
you have brought the competition and the division back into a true competition--
Having done that let me be one of the first to say -- that if you are posting for people
who are unable to post ( hols, probs,etc) -- then you are doing an excellent job . Cheers.
