yes the forum has its own product key ie a different log in process to the betfair site

so do this open your browser then open the betfair site BUT DO NOT LOG IN

click on the forum tab AND WAIT FOR IT DO LOAD ...... DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE

if it doesnt load after a few minutes ok lets say 3

close both tabs and try again using the same process

IF THAT DOESNT WORK TRY THIS

close all tabs on your browser then shut down

then re start

then open browser

then open tab then open type community.betfair.com

then log in from there at top right WAIT FOR IT TO LOAD

you then can open either
Switch to Community Classic
Open Community in new window

or launch community pop-up

OTHER OPTIONS ARE (NOT RECOMMENDED)

E-MAIL LIVE CHAT TWITTER THE BETFAIR (SO CALLED HELPLESS STAFF)
