Good thanks.  Done really well on Rugby World Cup. 7 from 8 correct punts so far.(all handicap betting) just down to 100% Luck as I am no Rugby expert. Sad to say I backed Australia to beat us.

I watched a few matches, not a big fan but prefer it to league.

Agree with Shane. Sheffield has I believe had a Rugby League team for decades but it wasn't in the original Rugby League area. Neither were Rotherham or Barnsley. Doncaster may have had a team when I was a kid.

Just bought a pack of Black tea towels.

Shane , did you go to the FA Cup semi-final in 1993 ?  I remember it for the wrong reasons.

Four of us set of at to watch Rochdale at Northampton the night before. We left 5 hours before kick off for a journey that should take 3 hours. Got just pass Sheffield when suddenly the M1 resembled a car park. Every car seemed to have either a Wednesday or United scarf hanging from it.
Eventually got off the M1 just after kick off and headed the few miles to Northampton , looked like we were only going to miss the first 15 minutes. We weren't sure where the ground was so kept looking out for floodlights in the distance. It didn't take long before we saw some so parked up close by and set off to walk to the ground. We were surprised to see so few cars near by but carried on only to arrive at the Rugby ground . Must have been some training session on or something.
Got back in the car , got lost around Northampton for a bit , and eventually found the Football ground. Only problem was everyone was leaving , as we arrived just as the game ended. Asked someone the score and we lost 1-0. What a great night that was

We went to Charlton away, around errr 85 I think. Was In a typical London boozer talking to some cockneys. Then a mob came in,
one of the Cockney lads said it`s Milwall, I said your feckin joking, he looked down and said fraid not. Must have been over 30 of them, a right ol mob they were, There were four of us sat there quiet as you like. They all came over as someone must have told them.
A big fecker came first said your Sheff Utd aren`t you, I said yes mate, they all came and surrounded us slowly but surely. Now I
had been involved in a few scrapes etc but this was surely the end, no escape here. They were a great bunch of lads, spend the next hour answering questions about the Blades Business Crew and their exploits, they seemed genuinely in awe of them.

I thought we were dead men. There was rivalry at that point as I remember a Milwall fan getting killed in Sheffield.
