Division One summary Saturday 2nd May
It smells a lot fresher in here today since Scissors got promoted
and stunned.
Today's top nap was posted by twm when Goldstream at 5/1 won a 5F Group 3 at Newmarket and moves up to 2nd spot. (well done)
Next best was Value Seeker who landed a nice touch with 9/2 winner Meshardal at Doncaster tonight.
Moving up five places to 5th place was BinocularsNotNeeded who gladly followed Josies Orders at Punchestown (a poor festival this year in my opinion)
The 5.40 at Thirsk delivered the right result for deadbrain59, travelling man and DubaiPrince when Birdman flew home. 6 more Napsters weighed in with odds on shots.

I have just arrived back home from a visit to Sheffield and the Meadow Hall shopping centre, China, your fellow settler Strangelee give me some sound advice on where to get a lovely homemade chilli burger (a right button bursting burger it was, 2nd only to Las Vegas)
Afterwards I spent hour upon hour shopping, shopping and more bloody shopping and not having a single bet to look forward to as I knew I couldn't watch the racing.
I had arranged to meet back up with the Wife and daughters at 5.30 and at 5.20 Lo and Behold I spotted what looked like a New Ladbrokes Bookmakers in the centre itself. I entered and was told by the manager the shop had been open for 2 years. (if only this information was passed onto me my day at the Centre would have been much more enjoyable.
I may have saved myself hundreds of pounds.

Hi China, Shane , we saved our worse team performance of the season for our final game , well and truly thrashed. 8-1
The only good news for me was Our Kirsty was our best player (though I must admit that wasn't a great achievement today)
I hope next season (assuming she gets through the trials and I am very confident she will, we will have a better squad than this year).
Really enjoyed that eating place Shane (very good) but my next visit I will give the Tai a try.
The Wife purchased a dress for the wedding so she is well chuffed, I just can't understand why she didn't borrow one of mine
