EL BEAU scored by three lengths at Musselburgh on his hurdling bow - that race has worked out well with two subsequent winners emerging from the chasing pack - and he looks a solid contender for a yard in flying form. A 7lb penalty may possibly make him susceptible to Shimba Hills, who was only 3lb inferior on Flat ratings and won't mind underfoot conditions
