Hi Shane
Can we include these International races in the competitions, please? Ask CC KC Reged to have their say. I am thinking Breeders Cup,Melbourne Cup etc etc. What do others think?
Cheers

Evening snowy
I`ve personally no objection, it would have to have the approval of the other three settlers though.
The downside is the times of the races mentioned.

That's true Shane but these great events don't happen very often. x

I agree Snowy. We have some average Dubai races allowed so the Melbourne Cup and other top races should be allowed as well. If the Melbourne Cup is included in this Tuesday's selections it would have no impact in making settling harder.
What about the Colonial Cup and the big steeplechase in Japan
Actually it's a bad idea because of the times imo. How the hell would Shane get the table up if people had picked in the Breeders Cup Classic. ?

I would say no to adding in extra races.
Is it really necessary?
More complicated for settlers and, with the date line issue, when would we ever see an up to date table?
Plus, if you do it, where do you draw the line?
Can we have all French Group Races please, instead of just those that occur on Arc day?
How about the German and Italian ones?.
Let's not forget those international meetings in Hong Kong and Japan!
Just my opinion,
Mad.

That's an absolute no from me ... bad enough having to monitor Meydan and Longchamp without including all this other extra stuff. I'd much prefer just UK and Ireland. HTH
Why is Meydan in then ? If we aren't allowed these races think Meydan should go. Apart from World Cup day the rest of it is average at best.
Thanks for your thoughts above.
mads made a good point, where would be draw the line?
Reg has made his position clear, so I`m afraid it`s a no snowy.
Any changes however small need to have the approval of all settlers.

Don't mind the early evening finishes but the ones after 9 are a pain. On Wednesday Kempton finishes at 7.30 but we have to wait till 9.15 for Dundalk to finish
Yes Dunders is an absolute PITA
Haven't the Irish got pubs to go to?
Haven't the Irish got pubs to go to?
When I was over in Ireland they were quite fond of pubs
10 pints of this strange ale singing Pogues songs, think I passed out around 2am.
I don't mind the Irish racing so much but not so keen on the furrin stuff
Sewn Up - 1.45 Wolverhampton please.
Thanks Shane.
Thanks Shane.

Funny how a self-examination for testicular cancer easily turns into a w@nk
