The comp is finally getting under way on Sun 28th Sept. It will run for 24 weeks though 4 of those will be a break over Xmas/New Year. So it will finish in March
As far as I can remember the rules are much the same as before. I can't c&p on the browser which will currently let me on the forum but they are on ud's thread.
Basically it is still one selection each per week. BUT you have to post the selection one hour before the race ( same as the Naps Comps.) You can pick any day of the week which runs from Sunday to Saturday. BUT on Sats selections have to be in by 3.00PM even if you are picking at the floodlit a/w evening meetings. I think if somebody hasn't posted by 2.45 we will have to use a wildcard. There is also something about leaving reserves in case of n/rs if you are picking on Sat but I THINK it is ambiguous. I'll check and if it is I'll query it with ud.
In the meantime can anybody who knows they can't post in either of the next two weeks please let us know.

I am inclined to let people do their own thing as they will anyway. Even I go a bit longer usually than I do in The Premiership. The only thing I would quite strongly suggest is if you have a fancy before Sat go for it. I don't want eiher myself or somebody else having to sort 8 selections out before 3.00PM on the last day tbh. |

Morning Humbugs,
2 further things 1) The rounds will be on a fortnightly basis. That's when the totals are added up but YOU STILL NEED TO PICK EVERY WEEK. 2) If you pick in a race after 3.00 PM you can pick a reserve to be used only if your 1st choice is a n/r. I have confirmed with ud that the reserve doesn't have to be in the same race. I still have a feeling that last week I spotted another potential problem with this rule but the braincells are dying rapidly and I can no longer see it. I'll leave it  So come on. HUMBUGS ARE GO ! |
