New Players receive -10 for every month missed
Retirees get -1 for every compulsory* day during the month in question (-26 for Apr)
Players making a comeback get -10 for every month missed (apart from the month they retired in)
*Following the rule change at the beginning of April regarding the 5-day allowance, this potential +5 will not be reflected in retirees scores, it will still be days in month minus Sundays and any other non racing day.
These automatic -26 or -27 (typically) scores will show in the yearly figures until a player is absent for 12 months and then is dropped from the records, or upon their return they will get the -10 newcomers allowance for every month missed bar the one they retired in.
I will be keeping records of who has used these new allowances and how many over the year. It won't make a difference to how my tables are compiled other than perhaps at the end of the year I'll include a column to show these figures.

You'll see josh monk was the first name in the past 12 month rolling list of honour, as I recall he dominated a few months before I started that list, could this fantastic Div 3 winning April total of 38.00 spark a return to those great heights?
 Ming_the_Merciless is Premier champion with 15.38, shanelee1966 topped Div 1 with 14.34, and I somehow ended up top in Div 2, scoring 15.25. Grok still leads the way for this year, china castle posts his 4th plus month to keep the pressure on and old applejack moves up to 3rd.
