I would usually go for something like Sarista in the 140 at Ripon.... But for a tilt at the title and in what has to be the worst Bet365 Gold Cup field ever.....

Ming. There was an odd Whitbread in 1966 I think. Arkle defected too late for them to use the 2nd handicap so the weights were between 9-7 and either 9-9 or 9-10. There were only 5 or 6 runners as well. It WAS won by a future gold cup win though so obviously better than today's field.
