Please see the New Competition Rules thread started by Shanelee for a change to start in April.
Basically the LRF is being ditched and replaced by 5 grace days each month, where up to 5 days per month of non posting a selection will qualify as a NR. More than 5 non selections will lose a point for each day. Sundays excepted.

You can get another Forum member to post a selection on your behalf, which will not count as a non post - so long as they make it clear for whom they are selecting.

TEN of us tried today but as most Sundays only one came home happy and that is SkintOfGreatYarmouth who napped 7/4 Ratify. not enough to pull away from the relegation zone but a great help nonetheless. VWD
