Not for my wallet but still enjoyable and still recovering I am gonna have to slow down.

Salmon I just got in from a concert at Redcar "John Cooper Clarke" it was erm, interesting.
I enjoyed the talk between the poems but just about every poem he recited he fluffed his lines as he staggered about on stage.
Any views on the man?

pete - Cooper Clark as salmon said earlier jumped on the punk bandwagon as I remember. Never really rated him even when I was young and daft, though he is rated in some circles.

In fact I`d go as far as saying talentless.

Don't really rate any of his poetry (crap writing really, every other word is a swear word) but his stage banter was enjoyable and his support act (another poet) was very good.
I could have met JCC after the show as it was my niece who organised the concert (it's her job) but I declined.
He certainly looks the part though (strange odd being)
