I am back and slightly to my surprise still here.
Just a query. I had no access to the internet but was keeping an eye on the LRF in the papers in case I was still alive. I thought he got a winner at 5-2 on Mon. He did in GB ( Pilates at Brighton ) but there was an evening meeting at Roscommon where the LRF was indeed 3rd at 5-2. I know we had this argument some time ago about whether Ireland counted. I THOUGHT we decided it didn't but I could well be wrong. If it was decided it did count then obviously I have no complaints,but I thought it was worth asking.

We had a situstion (twice) where the last mainland race was say 5:30 but an evening meeting was being held over in Ireland. Our worry was anyone could wait and see if the fav won the 5:30, if it did all well and good they wouldn`t post and they`d be on it, if it didn`t they still had time to make a selection over in Ireland for the 7:00/7:30 races.
Not for a moment saying anyone would resort to that but it might have tempted a few
