I propose accepting both dogday and FCH's selection of Dawn Approach as both were made days before raceday and I couldn't reasonably be expected to spot the duplicate.

In informing you all 19 hours +  before the deadline , I hope this is acceptable and there is some transparency in my decision.

As the rules state my decision is final, and the ruling has been made well in advance to prevent any confusion tomorrow.

Just a thought Weaver, but I don't see how you can be retired and post on the same day - how do you do the table? I would have thought that in order to prevent a person being relegated soldier would have had to be retired this morning and not post today. shane?

Reg it was an IF I decided to retire. I wanted to check what the outcomes would be. I posted today as I'm planning to carry on.
