Just watched the Channel 4 racing tribute to Sir Henry Cecil, very moving, brought tears to my eyes.
I am sure the Macmillan cancer Charity day at York will break all records today.

Gonna test myself, i know its only even money but i will have a tenner on it being your left elbow.
Still yoghurt and ocean pie on the drive where I fell, off to clean it up now.
Worst bit was I went to Morrisons for the first time in ages and they have my fav yoghurts which are Langley Farm, I bought 3 banana flavour and 3 toffee, not had them for a long time and I squashed them all as I landed on them

Salmon the opening track on Self Portrait (possibly Dylans poorest album) is a track called "All the tired horses" lets hope that does not fit the description of my selections today.
Right time to Chillax and make myself horizontal i have laboured through my 5 sit ups and 3 press ups, had a brisk walk to the corner shop for my Bible (racing post) eaten my 3 shredded wheat topped with Langley farm banana flavoured yoghurt (bloody delicious)said the Lords Prayer now it's fingers crossed.
