For anyone who missed my moan on Saturday's thread here it is again.
I know this is really difficult for some of you but can you post your selections as they appear in the league table please, as for those of you who do not run a league don't seem to know what an ar$e this is when entering the selections it means I have to type them rather than copy and paste. And takes longer to do.
If I copy and paste all selections that you currently post the league table would look a complete mess. This is not the first or second time I have posted this request. Come on guys we are not kids!!!!
Time of race with a dot after the hour and before the minutes then a space and the selection in that order. No need to put the course. Capital letter for the start of each word.
Example :- 7.30 Do More Business

read this about the amount of time we now spend indoors on the internet (you maybe one) and (maybe me as well)
we get vitamin d naturally absorbed through sunlight so in the summer we feel fine and full of life etc in the winter you dont get this so you feel down and depressed and the smallest problem becomes a major life changing effect even though it isnt you just think it is.you can take vitamin d supplements but these dont last as the body doesnt absorb them them same way it does with sunlight

MOB I thought that was it was short for, and duke it ain't a lack of vitamin d mate, it's a lack of patience for a simple task. Just themuppet to learn how to do Capitals now and we've cracked it. Well done guys and thank you.
