Shane, I know selections for Arc Day and the Dubai Carnival are allowed, so can't see why the Breeders' Cup should be treated any differently given an ISP is returned, as you say.
They should be treated differently because they are not mentioned in the rules imvho

GEORGE/salmon - as you rightly say it`s not mentioned in the rules. I personally have no problem with it. Did i allow someone last year to select? not sure.
