Funnily enough I nearly layed the winner Lampus. Just put off by it being a previous winner. Phew.

We finished 2nd in this last round,but the Thieves were 3rd so we didn't make up much ground. We are a bit clearer in 2nd though mathematically at least I think 7 of the teams COULD win it. Only The Barons are out of it. Quiet at the back Lampus.

I hope twm is OK but as we haven't heard from him for 2 weeks I am going to be strict and use the wildcard any time after 1.00 if we haven't heard from him.
The trouble is I have personally used 3 wildcards since the break and as I am rubbish we are not going to win The league that way. Tbf Lampus has done one and shearer offered but we had to use that as his selection because his original was a n/r.
So if ANYBODY has one running from 2.10 onwards please let us have it. I will put it up if necessary as i realise not many are around on sat afternoon.
I am going for Fame and Glory e/w. Risky as he may have gone,but at his best could eat this lot for breakfast and he won a big race in France on heavy. It was either him or Cirrus Des Aigles but I didn't want lynching

Lampus should have followed his first instincts then we would actually have scored something       
My internet connection was down all afternoon so I didn't make my usual £20k laying our selections. Wonga are not going to be pleased. Must go there are two old ladies from a baseball team at the door           

As it happens The Thieves had a bit of a disaster and we somehow held on to 4th. Only 2 pts between us but a couple coming up on the rails.
