The competition restarts on 16th,which is a week on Sunday. As far as I can remember we were a close 2nd. I also seem to remember I am captain of the MIGHTY Humbugs ( non-playing obviously). I shall be away the previous week so I would be happy if you could announce your continuing participation sooner rather than later. I don't want my holiday ruined by worry over whether we are one humbug short of a bag

Dont pop in as much nowadays Lampus but i will put up a wildcard next weekend if its needed as well as my own selection -im sure Salmon will be on the case next week to keep us right one way or the other

No panic as yet. We`ll give the missing two 2 or 3 weeks before we think about recruiting. It`s possible they will turn up during the week. shearer has kindly offered to do one wildcard on Sat. We need another volunteer to do the same.

I am really stuck this Sat. Going to buy a paper and get the pin out I think. shearer may not be around as I assume Newcastle are playing so I will stick his wildcard up as his selection if he hasn't appeared by 2.30.
Still awaiting de44ek4,twm,barny and Deep I. If anybody is thinking of playing a late race at Wolves please remember picks have to be in by 4.00 whatever the time of the race.

I wanted to see my nap run and settled down to watch it on ATR at Perth...... then I remembered and I am not paying £20 a month so had a £5 lay on the outsider at 130s. Which wasn't very clever in hindsight but unlike you I got away with it.
