Firstly, welcome to this month's ten new arrivals.

Ashmal, BinocularsNotNeeded, Grok, kwalker and sixtwosix have joined us once again from Division 1. It's good to have you back even though it probably wasn't part of your game plan.

And Ardross66, elvissss, Monte Christo, pension fund and Reged are passing through this month on their way from Division 3 to the Premier.
I hope you'll enjoy your stay. Some of our regulars like it so much in Div2 that they've decided never to leave, and have mastered brilliantly the difficult art of successfully avoiding both promotion and relegation month after month.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask either myself or one of the senior club members.


Secondly, it would be an enormous help to me if everyone could please try to get into the habit of posting selections EXACTLY the way they appear on the table. i.e.

     Western Prize - 3.40 Salis (or Salisbury)

It's then a simple matter for me to just c&p them straight to the spreadsheet without having to edit them in any way. It saves me a lot of valuable time.

A reminder for anyone with an instruction subject to the 1hr Rule:

I have to say it does seem a little generous. I suppose the computer thought 'if he hasn't managed it for the past 10 months, one more month isn't likely to make any difference'. Although you did come perilessly close to promotion two months ago as I recall, just missing it by about 50p.

So that's the amount you have on at 1000/1. 50p

If the bet wins and you get promoted, that'll wipe out the £500 you still owe me for the December comp.
