In response to KBGJ's query about the 1hr Rule:

Yes, it's ok to post a selection with a timestamp exactly 1 hour before race time.
Theoretically of course, a 14.00 timestamp for a 15:00 race is too late, as the 1 hour countdown begins at that point.
But it's always been accepted in these Divisional comps, so you do in fact have 1 minute's grace.
14:01 would definitely be too late!
