Unluckiest loser of the day must be WakingtheDead who napped Sunnyhillboy to win the National. Beaten by a nose.
Had the winning post come a stride or two earlier, it would have been enough to take him from last place to 4th on the podium. Very bad luck.

themuppit retakes the lead with a 9/4 november alpha papa.
Oscar Whisky was also the choice of the pretender who climbs +9 places into 11th, and hoof hearted who climbs +3 and out of the slime.
ATone's unusually priced 9/5 nap gains him +7 rungs up the ladder towards freedom.
Andrew in Sweden continues his run of winners with a 4/9 shot.
And both Kentish Man and stealthgun took a chance on 1/7 Sprinter Sacre at Aintree who just managed to hang on and win by 13 lengths.

Today marks the end of the first half of the month.
Tomorrow marks the start of the second half of the month.
You don't get that sort of information for free in any of the other Divisions.
