Final day of the month so last day rules in force.....

- All selections must be made prior to the 1st race of the day (1hr rule still applies).
- No duplicate selections allowed.
- No reserves or unnamed horses allowed.
- Non-runners can be changed as long as above rules are still met.

Get in early to book your place in Division 1.

I usually make sure the table is up as soon as possible after the last selection has run on the penultimate day, so you can see the task confronting you. But that probably won't be possible tonight as there are a few late ones.

It didn't like me highlighting some of them in colour for some reason; something which I've often done before without any problems so I've no idea why it threw a wobbly on this occasion. One of life's little mysteries.

potless, if you look at the time that table was posted you'll see that the 8.45 Dundalk was one of the 'pending' races. At that stage obviously I wouldn't have had a clue whether Charismas Birthday was a non-runner or not as I wouldn't have bothered looking at a race result which didn't yet exist!

I have to enter non-runner on the spreadsheet to stop it automatically deducting a pound, and then change it to 'pending' before posting. As you can plainly see, I inadvertently changed the one above it instead by mistake. Sorry about that.

So, not much change on the penultimate day.

Andrew In Sweden edges a couple of places away from relegation danger.
Kentish Man gives himself £1.10 less work to do today to gain promotion.
And potlessagain improves his position in 6th place to within a few pennies of Division 1.

So what's it going to be?
A shot at glory with a big-priced outsider?
Or a namby-pamby defeatist-attitude odds-on certainty?
Just how much do you love being in Division 2?
That's the question you have to ask yourselves.
