and immediately bounced back the month after the month i went down ...this was around feb last year ...
so a 12 month run ...

Your memory's playing tricks on you I'm afraid. That's what happens when you get to your age. 
You did indeed get relegated to Div 1 by 4p at the end of January 2011 despite finishing with a winner, but you didn't immediately bounce back again until the end of June 2011.
Still a good run though. 8 months. 9 if you can hang on this month.
