Ok its yes to the 10 cap rule, I'll make a note of the no posters as regarding the last race favourite. It's Ok for you guys who can't or refuse post on Sundays, even on a five week month your still well in.
This only affects the non posters, if you have more than 10 non runners (highly unlikely imo) and can't re-select the last race favourite rule will still apply.
