Well what a month it's been. After the first day, the lead never fell below £5.00 and never got above £10.67, which meant there were so many players in contention for the Title and/or promotion throughout the month. It's been a really tough Division and all credit to you for that. Everyone plays in the right spirit too, which is great.
We started the final day with 3 x co-favs, but they all failed to find a winner. That left the way open for 4th placed Red Bloom to sweep into the lead with 3/1 Novellen Lad at Lingfield.
There were plenty of challengers who could have passed Red Bloom, but none of them managed to find that extra bit of pace.

An excellent job!
And in spite of some valiant efforts, no-one managed to dislodge any of the 5 players who started the day on the podium.

Elsewhere on the table, Pedro39 found a superb winner today in 12/1 Celestial Halo at Newbury (Betfair SP 16/1). Top tipping. But it wasn't enough to get into the Top 5, although I've no idea what price it was when he posted it. Maybe it shrank in the wash.
travelling man found an odds-on shot to take his tally to 18 winners for the month. A great strike rate of 64% but a very low average price. Good enough to end the month in the black though. Sterling work.
Ricky Santini, bosstipper and bluenose7 in positions 23, 24 and 25 all found winners today to make sure they stayed out of the relegation zone, which must have made Poppydog feel a bit twitchy. (very unlucky with the 14/1 2nd by the way)
But they needn't have worried as it turned out. None of the bottom 5 managed to find a get out of jail horse on the card today.
Special mention for undecided who managed to go through the whole month without a winner. That's not easy to do!

Yes of course you can Stu. I'm not running it as a competition as such though. that was just for December. A one-off, although I may do it again sometime.
I'm still going to post Title prices every day. May not bother with the Top 5 prices though.
Starting Prices are already up on the Div 2 thread so lump on. Some of the SP prices are quite big to begin with. That will all change I imagine once we go in-running after today.

Well done RED BLOOM, miscreant man, zipper, feastorfamine and raspberrybottom, on your legitimate promo's, I would have been glad to see the back of you but seeing as I got promo too on default I'll have to try and beat you all over again, good luck in Div 1 guys.
