Wow! What a day! And how quickly it can all change in just a few days.
Raspberrybottom, for example, has spent virtually the entire month in the Top 5 and must have been feeling reasonably confident of promotion. In the space of just 4 days he's gone from 2nd down to 11th, nearly £5 adrift of the podium now. And there are others with similar tales of woe.

unluckyStu is partly to blame. A fantastic 18/1 winner takes him up +18 places from 23rd to 5th. Excellent work. Superb in fact.
potlessagain completes a 4-timer to go 10th, and those two along with winners from the top 8 players on yesterday's table give us that great-looking Top 10 on today's table.
It includes hattricks from Andrew In Sweden, learning thegame and miscreant man, who goes top by a few pennies.
It must be very frustrating though for 6 of those 10 players to find winners and all go down one place.

Completing the day's tally of 12 winners were majorupshotbagley who's now probably achieved his stated aim of avoiding relegation, and Ricky Santini who's gone some way to consolidating his escape from the drop-zone.

Speaking of which, no luck today for any those trying to avoid the drop, but commiserations to DFCIRONMAN who so nearly went from almost last to being £12 clear at the top of the table with a 40/1 2nd. Very unlucky.

So, 2 days to go and this is certainly the closest I've seen it since I started doing the settling.
A great Title battle and a great Promotion battle.

thanks for your kind remarks, I'm surprised no one else found Dunaskin, returned 27's on here, but I took 22's , was a shaky race for more than half the field, I know he's 11-y-o but they were giving him lumps of weight for non stayers (with the lads claim too) once he took it up I knew he wouldn't stop happy days
