Table to follow after the last at Wolverhampton...

Any one wishing to leave instructions in case they dont get to post any day is more than welcome (i.e first race fav, last race fav, Templegate's nap etc.) You are allowed a maximmim of 10 per month.
I only currently have instructions from penzance (FRF) and shanelee1966 (LRF)

As there are so many runners this month, and to prevent the table being clogged up with non participants, IF YOU DONT POST FOR SIX CONSECTUTIVE DAYS WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS OR AN EXPLANATION FOR YOUR ABSENCE, IN FAIRNESS TO EVERYBODY ELSE INVOLVED I WILL HAVE TO RELUCTANTLY RETIRE YOU.

Anyway enough of the serious stuff, I hope you all have a cracking month and enjoy this competetion and division.
