undecided has coded up the spreadsheet so that it can read both ways, if it doesn't see
a divider then it will just pick it up as a number with decimals and
take 1 away.

Have tried this on todays table and it work`s perfectly, it would pay you if you could get hold of a copy of Excel 2003 or later Stu.
