A great result today for elvissss who found 9/1 Webbow at Goodwood and shoots up +14 places as a result. Great tipping.

undecided will also be pretty pleased with his 5/1 winner which gains him +7 places. Very good.

And curb your enthusiasm takes a step closer to escaping from the clutches of the drop-zone with 5/2 Mata Hari Blues.

Today's other winners were Andrew In Sweden, Kingmambo and Gaz. The latter gets dumped into a relegation spot in spite of finding a winner which is a bit unfortunate, but he's only 8p away from jumping out again.

Many thanks to those that posted kind comments relating to my recent hospital stay (operaton to re-set a broken leg and implant a plate and screws). Recovering at home now, so plenty of time to try and find a winner, although I had so much luck with FRF instructions perhaps I shouldn't bother ;-)
