Stu, you can download open office for free, which contains a similar spreadsheet program to excel that will do the job. The reason it's better in spreadsheets is because you can add the double lines shown below outside each column of text to create the tables as above. (outside both sides of every column)

Save it in the spreadsheet and update the selections, results and totals daily. I used to save text below to copy & paste (1st, 2nd, 3rd, unplaced & no selection)
In excel, you can sort by descending total. So you highlight the columns to the right of Pos and then sort by descending total. You should be able to do that in the open office version.

Where do I find out how to list by descending totals please Stow ?
