Can you change your original selection?

Don`t forget Final Day Rules today

- All selections must be made prior to the 1st race of the day (1hr rule still applies).
- No duplicate selections allowed.
- No reserves or unnamed horses allowed.
- Non-runners can be changed as long as above rules are still met.

Sorry that's still not clear enough for me, but am I right in thinking you can only change it if it's a non-runner and not because you don't like the price?

Good question, the only problem with changing your selection other than for a non runner is " somebody may have wanted the same selection but were not able to post because you had already taken it, therefore they then selected a different one only too find it has now become available." a bit of a grey area depending on your postion in the division.

Cheers PDB, I totally agree with that and don't think it would be in the spirit of the competition. Feel dirty for even thinking about it. Cheers again.

Here's a thought... What would happen with last day rules if for example there was only 1 meeting on that yielded only 30 runners in total yet that particular division of the Comp had 35 entrants? How would everyone pick a different runner then?

Is there an answer from any of those that run the Comps? TIA

No idea really. First come first served I presume. Pretty unlikely to happen. 6 x AW races usually 10 per race = 60 runners. HTH
