Sorry for late reply stow, been busy at work.

Firstly im struggling with the format, displaying onto the forum in a presentable manner, so to begin with bear with me. Any tips or advice would be most welcome. Im not the best at IT.

I`ll start posting the daily thread tomorrow.

My selection today Southwell 2:00 - Queen Of Cash.

I'm out too sorry Sad Regularly used to get in the top 10 with each way selections at nice prices but this format counts my system out. Wish you luck with it.

Do the table in excel
Click on the insert table box and copy two vertical lines into cells to divide each column
So you should have
two vertical lines, race time. two vertical lines, meeting, two vertical lines, selection, two vertical lines, profit/loss, two vertical lines
Do you understand this?

Once you have a table, either save it & keep using it, or copy the table from here into word and then from word into excel. Before you copy it back from excel, remember to add the pairs of vertical lines between and at the ends of each column
