When I saw Stretch Armstrong’s selection I just knew it would win and pun’s a plenty were available for me. Little did I realise that it would be the only afternoon winner so no puns just respect from the rest of us for his 7/2 success on clearly a difficult day.
Mark Sloan and The Grey One found separate odds on favs tonight at Wolves @ 10/11 & 8/11 respectively to make progress up the table.For the second day running, the day’s previous best went from first to last a trend Stretch needs to be wary off tomorrow.
4 different selections in the first @ York to no avail and 5 players 4 different selections in the 4.30 suffered the same fate. Kirklees was the most popular selection for 3 players but could do no better than third, destroying Polo Minx’s 100% record at the same time.

Still plenty of chances tomorrow and it will soon be time for Duffy to pull the rabbit out of the hat and if all else fails there’s always Nicholls & Ruby to fall back on!!!
