SEVEN of us tried and all SEVEN of us failed to find the winner of the Great Wilfred at Ripon on a day where winning naps were as rare as the proverbial rocking horse s*** Thank goodness for our leader  Forest Of Dean who once again showed us how it done with another winner this time the 7/2 Sir George. Mark Sloan continued his relentless march towards Division 1 with yet another winner with the 4/5 shot Sharnberry. Orchardist suffered another setback when the unlucky Frankie Anson was well clear when tipping up at the last at Market Rasen but one mans misfortune was Dan1974 gain when Mission Control to advantage of that fall to score at 5/4 (29’s In running). At the bottom 4 of the bottom six at start of play suffered seconditus & will hoping their luck changes. Duffy tried to confuse me posting today’s selection on yesterday’s fred but still could only manage 4th and Virgin got his selection in with seconds to spare, sadly to no avail so its Status quo at the bottom.
