I am the one and only not sure what insert table option you have, don`t see one on this page, but there again my smileys dissappear after 10 seconds so not sure this page is loading properly, but get the same on my laptop.

Don't think it helps much for a table like this as you have to enter manually each cell?
I'm working on your spreadsheet but have hit a snag and have to do something else so will try a bit later.
