Tightfisted has asked to remain in this Division to start the New Year and I am going to honour his request. I have never had a problem with friendly banter between competitors but zipper I think it`s time to end your constant ribbing of Tightfisted once and for all and continue to pick winners.

salmon only 4 go up as usual but only 3 coming down so one more from Div 2 needed.

PDB you only got 2 from prem as book has retired also
I also thought any retirees were made up by getting extra from a division lower ... i once asked you about this and you said to me that I had to get more promoted from division 3 and still demote the same number ... as delta was not in the bottom 5 when retiring is it not better to promote one extra from division 1 |

grendel we never promote extra to the prem from Div 1, so I am now left 2 short, did`nt see book had also retired today. I know it seems drastic but looks as though I need more to make up the thirty which will also leave you short and need more from Mark.
I will put up my list of competitors so you will see who you need to make up your numbers. |

I didn't know the retiree rules were different for the premier division as to the other divisions
i make it you need 8 promoted from me and i get 5 demoted from you you lose 4 to premier, gain 2 from premier plus you lose one from your division 3 retirees from prem and divvy 1 |

sixtwosix annouched his retirement today so that lets off FOREST OF DEAN who would have gone had he not, should have put sixtwosix as retired in table to save confusion but felt his 10/1 winner deserved a look to see where he would have finished. If you look at my latest list of runners it is all present and correct.

I would keep him yes as the likehood is lafontaine will not show in your Div

...well, many thanks Zipper and PDB - I gratefully accept although I would rather it have been a top four finish. Two mins befor the 'off' my selection was 13/2 and as I saw it tumble to 4's I was gutted!
