Two standout bets for me.
Assumptions that SC will ramp 1D to the hilt may be misplaced.
having ph1xxed up the last 4 like a kipper, I suspect like any arch manipulator he will be showing us his open hands this weekend.
The 4 he wanted are in the final, why would he take any more pointless risks?
When push comes to shove I still believe the GBP are a fair lot at heart and will vote for talent on the night(s).
The fact that they repeatedly prove that adage to be right is the one reason I still flit back (sometimes) to Specials year after year.

One Direction 13th elim at 10s - 1pt

Agree in some respects journeyman he has moved heaven and earth to get 1 Direction through unscathed mission accomplished, though its worth pointing out the same applies to Cher. Now they are both there he wont care his only mission tonight and tommo is to stop Matt winning if he can, the only way he can do this is put all his eggs in Rebeccas basket so everything will be done to help her tonight. I expect her to sing last and get the standing ovation for her duet with Christina, Louis will be telling all to vote for Rebecca and Simon will bring out the world class blarney.

Yeah I think that's fair. He's not going to ramp Cher either.
However one thing about the final is I suspect a lot more of Cher's natural fanbase (traditionally out on a Saturday night drinking/smashing/living ) will be watching in bars on the big screens and are more likely to pick up the mobiles. we'll see. If she does survive tonight the markets will be hilarious viewing Gl all. |
