Totally ridiculous.

You get banned for saying what 95% of the forum believe.

They might as well ban the lot of us and leave the forum to Lou and pmbets.

Lou has been pushing his games too much and boring everybody recently but I wouldn't rush to accuse him of complaining to BF about another forumite. As he's basically just a wind-up merchant I'd be surprised if it was him.

A1 was feuding with somebody far more aggressive and paranoid on another forum.

Anyway hope you come back under a different name A1, let us know.

New to this forum, but Lou doesnt strike me as the type to report, he more or less lets you know then blocks.His main goal is Matt collecting the prize,thats my thoughts anyway.

Let's get one thing straight here.  I swear I know nothing about this.  I didn't even know he was barred and wouldn't know how to get anyone barred.  We all have our digs at each other on here, some more hurtful than most but I don't think it's needed to bar anyone as i just ignore them as you know.

Whatever you think of me please appreciate that I'm an honest chap and know absolutely nothing about this.

Your right about A1 winding up someone on chit chat though Henry and that was A1's first warnings. He never saw the emails though and just regarded it as banter because the other poster was giving it back too.

Ridiculous situation really but just to let people be aware that Lou has been using his "report" button and I dont want anyone to be goaded into the same position as A1.

I don't believe that Lou did use the "report" button.  We should all be aware that Betfair monitor the forums and police it themselves if they believe there is persistent abuse.

Sounds to me like A1 might have become a marked man after getting embroiled in a bit of a spat on chit chat.

But like others no doubt he'll raise from the dead and come back in a different guise.  Let's hope so.  Even Lou would agree that everyone is welcome on here, I'm sure, although I do wish that people would cut out the abusive posts as there's simply no need.

Fair enough.  I don't know where the 'report button' is even!  If that's a letter from the Betfair forum coordinator then i honestly don't know why my name is used.  He's either seen what's going on himself or someone's trying to make it look like it's me.

If someone can get a message to A1 please assure him it wasn't me I swear and wish him all the best.

100% agree.  I put my two penneth worth in but NEVER call anyone any names, get nasty whereas look at this for instance that the guy has quoted in his letter to A1.

I blocked him probably two or three weeks ago so can't read what he's saying anyway.

Furthermore, the list of blocked forumites were able to check and in fact they were NOT blocked.
