It's time we all finally stopped trying to derail Simon's show
Ok people, I think the time has come for us to finally take responsibility for the mess we have created

Simon had tried to explain the rules to us-it’s very simple- 'you can vote for whoever you like, just as long as it's who Simon wants to stay'. Unfortunately there are certain 'people' out there who just won't obey these rules, resulting in a very stressful and exhausting few weeks for General Lightning Scowell and his band of brave producers as the valiantly battled to save Simon’s show from the people

The People (aka us or we) put the multi talented Katies in the bottom four times despite being repeatedly told that all of the different Katies were totally brilliant- People ignored Simon's instructions and continued 'derailing' his show forcing him to repeatedly intervene and save ‘the Katies’; ok he had to lose his own act Belle Amie, and acts like Aiden and TreyC but every war has collateral damage and it was people's own fault for voting for these acts instead of ‘the Katies’

Worse still, people failed to understand that Wagner, though selected for the live shows as 'one of the 16 most talented acts out of the thousands who auditioned', was not a real contestant- just a 'stunt' to garner headlines, we, the people repeatedly 'derailed' Simon's show by voting for him as if he was a real contestant- even after Simon indicated we should ‘stop already’

People failed to do as instructed and instead sent Cher to the bottom two even after she produced the 'performance of the entire series' on several consecutive weeks while also single-handedly inventing rap music- Simon had to don his armour in week 7 and save her, sending Paije home after we, the people chose to vote for him instead of Cher.


Meanwhile, dark forces continue to gather as we, the people defiantly disobeyed Simon and continued voting for Wagner; again Simon had to don his armour in week 8 and force a double elimination to get rid off him before the semi final. It was a hard fault battle, indeed Simon tragically lost his beloved Katies after ‘the people’ refused to see how amazingly talented they were and sent them home. Simon prevailed though and after his stunning defeat over the ‘people trying to derail the show’, who can forget his triumphant victory speech were he graciously put the show ‘back to the hands of the public’.


And what little gratitude we, the public, showed Simon- it soon became clear that we had learnt nothing. In the semi final we were explicitly told that it would be a travesty if Cher did not get through to the final and yet we perpetrated such a travesty by failing to vote for her. Furthermore, Simon and the people’s princess gave Mary a gracious and heartfelt goodbye after her performance on Saturday night; yet, inexplicably, we, the people continued to vote for her, even after Simon made it clear he had already decided she was leaving. Poor Simon, already battle scarred from a Man Flu he had contracted fighting the 'people trying to derail his show' had to once again take up arms against a sea of troubles and introduce a last minute sing off to save Cher

So now, despite all our efforts to 'derail' his show, Simon has triumphed in getting his chosen finalists safely through...... and yet, even in his final hours, his battle is not yet won because there we remain, like a million Terminators lurking in unknown, waiting to launch a final assault

Enough is Enough- no one has suffered more than Simon ‘Lightning’ Scowell and his band of brave producers- the time has come for us to raise the white flag and surrender

DON'T VOTE ON SATURDAY- JUST LET SIMON CHOOSE HIS WINNER HIMSELF
