Today's Gag .................. another classic.

A guy gets wheeled on in a wheelchair to the show 'Stars in your Eyes'.  Matthew Kelly says 'Simon before we begin I think you should tell us exactly what's happened'.  Simon explains that he's been in a recent car accident where his Uncle was driving.  He says 'I lost both my legs in the crash (the audience all sigh) and unfortunately my Uncle lost his life'.  He then went on 'I suppose the only good thing to come of it is that with the use of micro surgery they've used the legs of my Uncle and attached them to me so in a strange way Matthew I feel as if my Uncle's sort of here with me tonight'.  All the audience cheer and clap, egging him on.  Matthew replies 'that's a sad story Simon but I know what you mean when you say your Uncle's sort of with you tonight and I'm sure he's looking down on you and is right behind you as are me and all the audience'.

'Anyway' he said 'we've got to get on with the show so tell us who you're gonna be' 

'Well tonight Matthew I'm going to be Simon and Harfunkle'!
