it's slightly hard to go like for like this year

we've never had 7 still standing with 3 shows to go and the judges still having a vote.


iirc the plunge on joe was with 4 weeks to go......maybe 1.8ish?? at 3 weeks  to go.

do you mean at the 7-act stage when he had just performed Somebody To Love?

Or 2 weekends before the final (5 acts left) when he had just done Could It Be Magic and Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word.

Sorry if that sounds @rsey but this year's format has shaken things up quite a bit.

Squares, AA all that input is valued (not arsey squares). I was thinking about this very simplistically in terms of his perceived lead vs his lead in the published XF results last year and the weeks left relative to today and Matt.

I would guess with 7 left in it Joe was about 11/4 yes because people still fancied Olly, Stacey too.  He then quickly shortened every week.  Fantastic every week I thought he was and won it easily in the end.
