Think this makes Katie a pretty nice bet in 10th elimination market...
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 11:09 AM GMT
cher imo
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 11:11 AM GMT
top spot at least theres one alert person on this forum
Report GymTanLaundry November 26, 2010 11:12 AM GMT
cheers squares.  worth noting that he's confirmed this a couple of times over the last few weeks.
Report Alkeyhole November 26, 2010 11:16 AM GMT
An attempt to get rid of Wagner IMO. Now they only need him in bottom THREE to get rid of him.
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 11:28 AM GMT
price crash if wagner aint bottom 3

Squares is the man when it comes to special bets
Report bunnyman November 26, 2010 12:42 PM GMT
Do we believe it this week, they said the same last week, is Jeff a more credible source?
Report squares November 26, 2010 12:51 PM GMT
seeing as he works on the show, the way he said it and it is Friday (ie. he is usually doing XF gossip on TM on a Monday) I would have thought it pretty likely.
Report stringerbell November 26, 2010 2:29 PM GMT
yep it will happen, and it was always going to, they have to get down to 4 for the final, and also, crucially they can get rid of waggy if he is bottom three. katie a cracking cracking price
Report Asparagus Man November 26, 2010 2:33 PM GMT
Isn't Waggy a better price though.

I think it's a reasonable assumption they will cut him loose this week. Would take a massive effort to get him safely into the top half of the voting. He's generated enough headlines and the final is only two weeks away.

Katie and Waggy dutched at 1.7 looks very solid pre-show to me. Mary has enough latent support and Cher enough bounce to avoid 7th place - although maybe not to avoid the B3.
Report BarnabySpears November 26, 2010 2:41 PM GMT
Let's hpe the 2 who go are 2 girls.

That'll wipe the smug smile off Cole's plastic face.
Report stringerbell November 26, 2010 2:57 PM GMT
you'd have to think cheryl is due to lose one or two

and seeing as its bottom goes, i'd say wagner is pretty nailed on to avoid. mary has throat problems which is always a great way of earning sympathy vote

cannot under any circs see further than katie with saver on cher.
Report LOU MACARIS TARTAN B November 26, 2010 3:00 PM GMT
Two of Cheryl's girls (any two) to go would be fine by me.
Report theking486 November 26, 2010 3:03 PM GMT
waggy will no way be rock bottom. this is the week though that we see how much clout the various campaigns have

LOTS HOPEFULLY!!!!
Report Mikeeey November 26, 2010 3:06 PM GMT
I wouldn't be surprised to see Matt in the bottom three this week tbh
Report mach November 26, 2010 3:06 PM GMT
10th eviction market
this market is wide open, a lot of differant views out there
i see mary as a cracking bet - rock week wont suit
                             - irish voters can only vote through tv3 web site
                             - cher gets bounce, waggy gets anti cowell vote, katie in danger but could sing well katies price is about right ,but mary at 5/1 looks the value to me.
Report stringerbell November 26, 2010 3:10 PM GMT
think the sore throat thing will really help her tho mach
Report mach November 26, 2010 3:14 PM GMT
Mary has not been a part of the x-factor panto in the press for a few weeks.
cher could cry this week so could katie, mary i feel is dropping out of the publics mind, a sore throat may not be enough to save her
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 3:26 PM GMT
pretty hard to see beyond cher and katie being 2 of bottom 3.
the third who knows
Report GymTanLaundry November 26, 2010 3:27 PM GMT
- irish voters can only vote through tv3 web site

to clarify, irish voters vote by phone.  but they get the numbers off the tv3 site.  not idea.
Report GymTanLaundry November 26, 2010 3:27 PM GMT
*ideal*
Report stringerbell November 26, 2010 3:30 PM GMT
yeah but tesco staff vote just fine
Report Mikeeey November 26, 2010 3:40 PM GMT
will the Irish be voting for Mary because she's one of them or because they genuinely think she's the best singer?
Report paddletoe November 26, 2010 4:10 PM GMT
If there is a double eviction how will it work. I mean how will they decide who is the 10th and 11th evicted?

Will the bottom 3 all be in the frame, with the lowest on the public vote going out 10th and the 11th eviction being a sing off.

Appreciate advice before i place a bet.
Report GymTanLaundry November 26, 2010 4:29 PM GMT
^^that's how it worked in weeks 1 and 2 paddletoe.
Report onthehushhush November 26, 2010 4:56 PM GMT
that's as I understand it too - double elim, same format as first two weeks.

Wagner will do very well to survive the B3.
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 5:16 PM GMT
carnage if he does
Report attitude adjuster November 26, 2010 5:22 PM GMT
what price does he go alfie?

he's already 4th favourite at 10-1.

on form,he will terrible...even more so,as he has to do the joke twice.
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 5:37 PM GMT
dont know how big the protest campaigns are, obviously they will be of some substance if he avoids bottom 3,dont know how the layers will react, you would imagine there are some huge shorts in the market.with wagner we all know he cant sing just a entertainment act and a protest vote, all a lot of ifs and buts an guess work,so act a guess i would expect his price to at least half.
Report stringerbell November 26, 2010 5:45 PM GMT
mikey, definitely the former
Report attitude adjuster November 26, 2010 7:24 PM GMT
good luck alfie,anyway.
Report alfie46 November 26, 2010 7:52 PM GMT
cheers but shrewdies are printing or have printed wagner greens already. those exposed to wagner reds maybe/could be in for an exciting time, hope so.good luck too
Report squares November 26, 2010 8:23 PM GMT
also confirmed by Louis on Irish radio
Report Ashley_Young November 26, 2010 8:35 PM GMT
