If that's true Figgt we'll all have our fingers crossed on finals night. One's bad enough!
By:
yes, if true, next week 3 out of the 6 left will be in danger.
One of the big names could get the chop ![]() |
By:
Exactly and you never know who. I'm sitting her thinking "don't worry Lou surely it won't be Matt" but it bl00dy could be!
By:
So the final is on the 11th December with 3 finalists?
By:
Looking like it will be the same weekend and same format as last year, yes
By:
Surely the obvious 4 are out then, wagner, katie, paije and mary.
By:
Doesn't make sense to have 2 leave this week, 2 leave next week, then only 1 leave then 3 in the final..
maybe double evics are 27th and 4th |
By:
If correct, does it suggest that 2-song format and PV only don't kick in until we're down to 4??
By:
Any further confirmation of this yet?

THERE WILL NOT BE A DOUBLE ELIMINATION THIS WEEK
By:
A double eviction this weekend would make sense. First off it would probably get rid of Katie and that's good for Cowel's £££ as nobody is voting for her (compared to others). Secondly, Wagner's days would be numbered which is what real fans want. He's only getting voted in because Cowel has messed up keeping Katie in, so more fans will participate again. He's a money man and all he's thinking about is how to make more profit from this. My idea is that a 2eviction weekend will make more £££ overall for the show.

Would make sense to get rid of both Waggy and Katie fairly quickly - leave the rest of the series as the 'real' competition.
By:
Surely 2 have got to go eventually as we have too many runners n' riders still in it for a mid december finish. It's only about 4 weeks to the final surely?

So we're all still in the dark, or more clues?
By:
All quiet.
No mention from Jeff Brazier or Grace Woodward during XF Gossip on TM yesterday, and presenters ended it saying this weekend's evictee will be on the show on Monday but they've never been much of a guide anyway. Just seems to get thrown in by Dermot at the end of the show as if it's an afterthought if there is a double. |
By:
Yeh, lol - kind of suggests that they make it up as they go along, or rather depending on who they think they can (and want to) get rid of each week!
By:
indeed Shrewd. Last week people who should know these things were still saying it would be a double elim as the show started, it was only halfway through that you could get any sense out of anyone.
anyone'd think the producers had figured - "hey, if [act we want to keep] sings badly, then all we have to do is make it a single elim and they're safe." |

I'm sure that happens, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again next year. It gives them a lot of power. I think it's a shame as it means the elimination markets need a lot more time for less reward usually so I mostly ignore them. |

They won't want to ditch Matt till after he's won the final stu. Then who cares!

Waggy has his lion on stage...nap

no doubt Cowell will be at the start of the show stating "anything can happen tonight" before another predictable show
By:
any news if its a double?
By:
i think the shock is Katie's new short haircut.
By:
is it a Sinead or an Emma Watson?
By:
i'm told it's a single elim, but this info's been notoriously changable recently.
