i'm glad it's not only me who feels like this .i nearly sh1t myself when i looked at the betting tonight and seen she'd come into 2.66 [:o].don't get me wrong she's really likeable but i just don't know what she's done to warrant this price.her voice has a warble which is really irritating to listen to.i'm still waiting for her to nail a song and then i might change my opinion of her, but till then she's no better than average.

I did fear for Rebbecca tonight, singing an Elton John song. But she pulled it off. This show isn't about Elton afterall.

It was not a singing competion. He did nail enough songs though. I backed Leon for his emotional appeal.

as far as i'm aware leon won the competition so within the confines of this forum melv was right.all my comments on these threads are about winning the competition and who has the ability of grabbing the most votes and me making money out of it.

There's not much to get. She's a likeable young woman with a great voice and with cowell in her corner she's the most likely winner.

Without cowell's she won't win.

Yep, the best singer in the contest by a mile.

Moreover Fig, she's legit, genuine and considering it's a weak field, she and Matt stand out.
I don't think any act could win without Cowell in their corner.
A matter of deducing which one he'll seriously jump behind in the final furlong, because they're pretty much neck and neck.

Matt on the other hand we all know may not just be quite what he seems...

As a complete aside, while we watch Xtra Factor - Mrs iNX just said "she's coming across as unbelievable." Re: edit of Rebecca to camera saying "God love them" about a crowd of XF fans they've just gone past when the weather was horrible...

Rebecca seems to be about as marmite as they come. Some people think she's the best singer ever to grace the show, others just don't get her at all.

I'm with the latter.

jack im now playing summertime by billy holiday in all her songs she sounds the same if this wins the x- factor then im wrong .shes a bit like little voice a good imitator and shes not original she seems to sing same same without any animatation..

Same as always, she can sing well, but is boring to the the majority of the xf audience, and they gave her a boring song to sing.

I've slagged Rebecca off so far but thought she was really good tonight.

Amazes me that the market hasn't woken up yet and made her favourite.

Rebecca made the song her own and stood out from the rest.This girl is far far better than any contestant the show
has ever had.The rest of the contestants are poor and Matt sings the same old ahhhhhhhhh ahhhhhhh wooooooo wooooooh every week.Matt is very boring.
Rebecca stands out as she makes the songs her own and the other acts just do some strange copycat or dont get it at all.Wagner was very entertaining as usual.

I think Paige will go and Katie will be in bottom 2 but survive.

I have backed her from the start but for the first time last night i was certain i was watching the winner,she looks alot more confident now,i wasnt sure about the song beforehand but she sung it beautifully.

pmbets Cher is hardly a copycat!! She improvises and makes songs her own and is totally in date. She could sing a Bing Crosby crooner and make it current. Rebecca has sung beautifully, yes. But has she moved or entertained yet???? Not once.

Does she have to prance about to be entertaining?...her beautiful voice is entertaining enough for me.

However, its obvious now before every show what you are going to get with Rebecca. Cher is by far the most intriguing singer. She adapts brilliantly and is every bit a current pop star. She is the one I look forward to coming on for both musical and entertainment reasons. I just hope both of them get to the final.

I quite like Cher,i think she should be in the final 3 with Matt and Rebecca.

I'd like to see Aiden there with the two girls because I like his quirky voice.

im in your gang melv. dont get her at all.....not that good a singer, does the same every week, rather boring.

I dont think they are deaf,i think they are very worried about their bets Geoff.

Anyone who cant see it in REBECCA, well maybe you just cant see real taent when it's standing out in front of you.

She is head and shoulders and probably half a torso above the rest.  The best I have ever seen on any of these reality things.

When she performs, she is more like one of the guest performers, so far above the actual contestants is she.

She will go on to great things whether she wins this or not.  None of the others will be heard of again.  With the exception of maybe ONE D.  Who could be marketed to make money.

This doesn't really make sense. Fair enough if you think she isn't going to win for lack of votes but to say she can't hit a not when she is the best vocalist in the competition by a country mile is ridiculous.

She isn't my biggest green either and I'm still far from convinced she is going to win. Doesn't mean that she can't sing though ffs. She is the only one in the competition who has genuine quality and tone to her voice.

I 'get' Rebecca but don't think she's great that's all.  Matt is far the better of the two and I think if Cher stuck to singing without the rap she's better too.  Not sure Rebecca will make the final.

I honestly don't get Matt al all. Where will he go if he wins ? What will he call his first album 'Matts kareaoki classics' ? I'm sorry I just don't get it.

They could all be 'Karaoke classics' at this stage though surely as they're all doing their best to cover other people's songs each week and that's all we have to go on.  I feel Matt is the best singer so therefore deserves his chance at making a record.  Leona, Alexandra just peoples songs every week to try and win and look at them now.  Why not Matt or whoever wins this year?

Totally bores me.  Leonna Lewis lite, and doesn't even move around.  Wouldn't sell any albums.  Mind you - I couldnt' drive up the motorway with Cardle screeching in my ears either.  And Aidan sounds like Larry the Lamb.

The Madness, well put, I cant understand whats difficult about seeing something thats so obvious between the competition. Rebecca in my opinion is on a different level to the lot.

I dont get her,rate her or care about anything to do with her.

Nothing special...even the hype cant hype this.
