I'd love to see her flop on top of Matt and cause his inevitable demise

His foul mouthed rant in the press afterwards would be a great read

Still worth topping up if you can get any 3.5 before Saturday... Time is definitely ticking.

There is 700k on Matt and 400k on Rebecca. All it needs is for a few of those to green up a bit.
I am actually suprised it hasn't alreadt happened. For a Matt drift we only need two thing which could easily happen. Standing ovation for Rebecca. Simon says "Not as good as last week. You could have peaked to soon Matt" How many time do I have to say it. Simon Cowells prime directive is the grow the brand, get viewers, get phone calls and get in the papers. For that you need drama, emotional involvement, competition, tension, conflict. Some might think this is all about finding the best singer in the word. The truth is the singers are irellevant its all about growing an ever strengthening brand by all and any means neccessary. Financial backers are much more interested in how ruthless and determined Cowell and Clifford are than wether Rebbecca is better than Leona. |

You're spot on Melv - and I do think that the majority of forumites get it...
Matt was a value back last week for the same reason that Rebecca is the value back this week. It's in their interests to sustain some semblance of a competition for as long as possible. I do think that a flip flop is an inevitability, although the final outcome is still far from a foregone conclusion... Yet. |
